Job Description
You will join a solid team of multi-disciplined, experienced web technicians with the shared vision of bringing elegant solutions to our clients.
We are seeking an experienced designer who is passionate about web and mobile technology. You will be responsible for the preliminary design research, look and feel, user experience and website design of mid to large sized web projects. We want you to have the passion to explore, try new things and create simplicity out of complex problems with an awareness of the market need. We are looking for a visionary with a shared curiosity for how things work and a desire to grow in your design career.
Skill set
- You quickly grasp complex problems and develop design approaches that translate to elegant user experiences
- You have outstanding skills in Creative Suite softwares
- You have creativity and imagination
- You have experience in designing complex and intuitive web interface
- You are familiar with responsive design
- Your are a native Chinese speaker and can work in English
- Your are organized in the way you work and meet key project milestones
- You like working in a multicultural team and are fun to work with
Bonus: Graphic design skills. Flow also has a small graphic design department, so it will be useful if you can give a hand with graphic projects sometimes.
